All images on this page were submitted by users to Black Forest Butt.
If an image owner does not consent to its continued publication, a short notice is sufficient and the content will be removed immediately.

1. Minimum Age

Submitting images is permitted only for persons aged 18 or older.

2. Rights to the Image

You confirm that you are the creator of the submitted image or that you hold all necessary rights to submit it.

3. Consent of Depicted Persons

If persons are recognizable in an image, you confirm that all depicted persons have consented to its publication.

4. Prohibited Content

Images containing illegal, violent, discriminatory or youth-endangering content are prohibited. Images depicting minors will not be accepted. Voyeuristic recordings or any images taken without the clear knowledge and consent of the depicted persons are no longer accepted.

5. Usage Rights

By submitting an image, you grant Black Forest Butt the right to display the image on the website and to make technical adjustments (e.g. resizing or cropping).

6. No Guarantee of Publication

There is no entitlement to publication. Images may be rejected or removed at any time without stating reasons.

7. Liability

The submitter is solely responsible for the content of submitted images. Black Forest Butt assumes no liability for submitted content.
